Pre-Order Products

For pre-order items, shipment will usually be arranged within 7 days.

The estimated delivery time after shipment is also approximately 20–30 days.

After you place an order for a pre-order product, we will clearly notify you that the item is a pre-order item. We will also confirm the expected shipping schedule within 7–10 days, together with the estimated delivery timeframe.


2. Shipping Warehouse

To improve delivery efficiency, we will automatically select a suitable European warehouse based on the shipping address provided in your order.

Whenever possible, the nearest available warehouse will be used to reduce delivery time and improve the overall receiving experience.


3. Delivery Coverage

okgoods360.cn supports international shipping to most countries and regions.

At this time, delivery to the Middle East and Africa is temporarily unavailable.

If your shipping address is located in a region that we cannot currently deliver to, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund to protect your rights and interests.


4. Shipping Fees

Promotional Free Shipping

Certain products may qualify for free shipping during specific promotional events.

Free shipping for promotional products will be applied according to the official activity rules displayed on okgoods360.cn.

Standard Free Shipping Conditions

Most products may qualify for free shipping when one of the following conditions is met:

  • The order amount reaches 60 USD / 55 EUR / 44 GBP; or

  • The order includes 3 or more products.

If an order does not meet the free shipping requirements, the applicable shipping fee may be shown during checkout.

If your order includes both in-stock products and pre-order products, the items may be shipped separately.

  • The estimated delivery time for each package is generally 20–30 days after shipment.

7. Shipping Delays and Abnormal Situations

If shipping is affected by force majeure events, such as severe weather, natural disasters, logistics disruptions, customs issues, or other uncontrollable circumstances, the shipping time for in-stock products may be extended from 48 hours to 72 hours.

7.2 Lost Packages

If a package is lost before it is signed for by the customer, we will work with the logistics carrier to verify the situation.

Once the loss is confirmed, we will arrange either a free replacement shipment or a full refund.

However, if the package is lost because the customer requested the carrier to leave it at the door, at another designated place, or in an unsecured location, the customer will be responsible for the resulting loss.
